An Analysis of College Students' Satisfaction with Online Food Delivery (OFD)

With the growth of e-commerce, global online food delivery (OFD) industry is expanding rapidly. The spread COVID-19 pandemic, in particular, has accelerated popularity OFD. As OFD low-margin, capturing market share crucial for platforms. At same time, as primary users OFD, college students provide a significant reference enhancing overall service quality meal delivery. X platform China used an example this study, which employs qualitative research methodologies to investigate students' satisfaction with delivery, using interview and interpretive paradigm collect analyze data. This study focuses on five factors namely quality, timeliness, completeness, safety. findings will serve suggestion raising consumer improving standard services.
